CHARMANE’S BRUSCHETTA CHEESEBALL MAKES 1 BALL 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 TBS mayonnaise 1 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese 2 heaping TBS green onion, sliced 2 heaping TBS bell pepper, finely chopped 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce s.a.l.t. sisters Charmane’s Bruschetta Cheeseball Seasoning Packet 2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped Place the prepared pecans on a plate and distribute evenly. In a large bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian cheese, green onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce & cheeseball seasoning packet. Mash ingredients together using a rubber spatula. Scrape the sides of the bowl gathering the mixture into one lump. Using your hands, form the mixture into a round ball. Place the cheeseball on the plate of pecans. Using clean hands, gently roll the cheeseball around in the pecans coating it completely. Wrap cheeseball in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
